For the first time in years, all five (5) Freeland Bands played on the same night. Great job by all and good luck to the 8th grade and FHS bands at Festival this weekend.
Today is Day 1 of Step Up & BWell, a program across Saginaw County designed to encourage students, staff, and families to develop healthier exercise and eating habits. Freeland is excited to work with our students to promote these healthy behaviors. https://youtu.be/q7Qcuf5dFuE
The work being done on Freeland School property, just south of the Learning Center, is a Lions Club project aimed at providing more parking for the Walleye Festival. We are proud to be a partner of the Lions Club as they continue to work to better the Freeland community.

The Girls District Basketball game between Carrollton & John Glenn, scheduled for tonight (2/27), has been rescheduled for 6:00 tomorrow (2/28/23). If you already purchased tickets, the same tickets will be valid for tomorrow's game.
Falcon Bowling represented Freeland well at Regionals:
The girls team finished 6th, with Zoey Markey advancing to the State Finals with a 3rd place finish.
The boys team finished 14th, with Derik Prast advancing to the State finals with an 8th place finish.
