
Congratulations to FHS graduate Kolten Radaz. Attending Campbellsville University, this weekend Kolt finished 2nd in the Mid South Conference Qualifying Tournament, earning a spot in the National Finals.

WeCode at Saginaw Valley State University is a FREE one-day weekend boot camp for beginners who would like to explore basics of coding using Sphero Programming. This camp is open to 5th – 12th graders and is being offered on Saturday, March 2nd and Saturday, March 9th (students may only attend ONE session). With the support of a fantastic student section and a great crowd, the FNV Griffins clinched a Conference Championship with a 4-2 win over the Tri-Valley Titans last night.




8th grade students had guest speaker Matt Shea talk with them about the high school Freeland Scholars program as our students begin to think about their transition to 9th grade.

Falcon Wrestlers won a 2nd straight District Championship on Wednesday, with wins over Carrollton (60-24) & Valley Lutheran/Nouvel (60-15). Freeland hosts Individual Districts on Saturday. Wrestling starts at 9:30 a.m. We hope to see you there for some great wrestling.

Freeland Boys Bowling lost 2 tough matches last Saturday. The highlight of the day though was a 290 game by Justin Traverse. Justin hit on his first 10 strikes before finishing with a spare to complete a 290 game. The Girls Bowling team swept Swan Valley & Valley Lutheran.

FHS Sr. Lily Beyer signed to play softball at the University of Toledo. Lily has received countless softball awards and was named 1st Team All-State in '17 & HM All-State in '18. Lily is a 3 sport athlete, playing 4 years of Varsity Golf, Basketball, & Softball. Congratulations!
