Freeland Community School District

Freeland Community School District is ready to provide FREE meals to any child 18 and younger and up to 26 with a disability, beginning March 16th. We will serve breakfast and lunch Monday - Friday from 8:00 am- 10:00 am and 11:00 am through 2:00 pm. We will provide meals right to your car. Meals will be served at the Elementary, from the back entrance. You pull up, let us know how many children you are providing meals for and we will bring the meals to your car. You may also walk, bike, etc and pick up a meal at the door to take with you. We look forward to seeing you Monday!

The Freeland Competitive Cheer team was named Academic All State Honorable Mention (MHSAA Div 3) with a team GPA of 3.711. Individual Academic All State honors were earned by Ashley Harvey (Sr.) & Jocelyn Chislea (Fr.). Congratulations scholar athletes.

Congratulations to FES students Austin Hare 6th grade) and Jackson Horn (5th grade) as their team, the 2008 SAGINAW Jr Spirit, was the 2020 MIchigan Amateur Hockey Association PEE WEE A State Runner-Up.

Congratulations to FES 5th graders Rylan Harwood and Katie Spyhalski. On March 8, their hockey team won the 12u Tier I State Championship. Way to go!
