On Saturday, August 7, is the 2nd Annual Bailee Mantei Foundation 3v3 Soccer Tournament. One of the best ways to honor the memory of Bailee, who was lost in a car accident November 3, 2018, is to play the game she loved. Family, friends, and the soccer community from all over Mid-Michigan are banding together to celebrate her life with a fun day of soccer, music, and food at the Midland Soccer Complex. Proceeds will go to the Foundation with scholarships being given out annually. Registration is open now with a $125 entry fee. Any questions? The inside of the Learning Center cafeteria is looking good, as physical improvements are made to the walls and floor of the facility. We can't wait to share the pictures when it is done.

The outside of the Freeland Learning Center is looking good - with some new panels being installed in the cafeteria and some fresh paint.

Stop in at the FMS/FHS today for lunch, from 11:30-12:30. Pizza day and a lot of fresh fruit and veggies. A sub sandwich is also an option. Lunch is FREE to ANYONE 18 and under. See you soon!

We are excited for the progress taking place at the FMS/FHS. Today they are preparing the café serving lines for beautiful new tile. This is all made possible through funds generated through meal participation. Our Nutrition Services team continues to provide meals everyday.

It’s easy - just submit your information in this Google Form and send your video to STEM@svsu.edu between now and July 16. If you are under 18 years of age, be sure to have your parent/guardian fill out the form with you. At least one video will be highlighted each week throughout the summer. Work is progressing nicely at the FMS/FHS cafe and kitchen. We are thankful for our Nutrition Services team as they continue to work hard to provide meals to students. This generates the funding needed to be able to reinvest in our schools.
