Thanksgiving Popcorn Estimation Math ~ Mrs. Benkert's 2nd grade class incorporated some math and popcorn to create some Thanksgiving fun!
Ms. Darrow's 2nd grade class designed balloons after studying Balloons Over Broadway this week. Afterwards, they walked through the building to share their creations and spread some Thanksgiving Cheer!

Mrs. Benkert's 2nd grade class recently spent some time outside observing plants in a sample study site near our school. As a scientist, we were investigating a habitat marking our area with string first.

Ms. Darrow's 2nd grade class just wrapped up their Social Studies unit on Communities this week. The students decided to show mastery of the content by designing posters about the unit to demonstrate their learning, and followed that up by presenting their posters and answering questions in front of their peers. Outstanding job Falcons!
